Tuition is due weekly on Monday mornings by opening time. For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders, automatic card processing, and secure electronic payments through our online parent portal. To maintain consistent staffing and operations, a late fee is automatically applied to accounts not settled by Tuesday before lunch.

To maintain a healthy environment for all children, children must be kept home if they exhibit a fever of 100.4°F or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, or an unexplained rash. Children may return to the center once they are completely symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication, or with a signed clearance note from a pediatrician..

Transitions are based on both your child's age developmental readiness. When your child is ready to graduate to the next classroom level, we implement a gentle 2-week transition plan. This includes short, daily scheduled visits to their new room to meet their new teachers and classmates, ensuring a smooth, stress-free, and confident adjustment.
